• Excellent in SDLC Processes.
• Ability to participate in deep technical discussions with the customers and elicit the requirements.
• Ability to code in Java/Scala/Python.
• Ability to lead 3-4 developers.
• Set coding standards, review work and help the team to overcome obstacles.
• Work with business users to understand the requirements.
• Conduct white boarding with customers.
• Conduct brainstorming technical sessions to drive consensus.
• Good listening skills.
