A dynamic and collaborative work environment.

What you'll do:

• Set goals, train, encourage and coach team members on company goals and values
• Building and maintaining customer relationships in person, over the phone and through email.
• Ensure reservations are booked according to the process, rentals are opened and close when required.
• Complete necessary paperwork
• Ensure Day to day operations are maintained to the highest standard
• Organize vehicle deliveries and pick-ups to ensure we are continually meeting agreed conditions and deadlines
• Communicate promptly with the Regional Manager and/or Leadership regarding opportunities and new or reoccurring customer issues that arise
• Participate in Budget planning with the Regional Manager
• Maximize sales revenue and vehicle utilization according to company policies and guidelines
• Ensure Health & Safety policies and processes are achieved
• Ensure that department reporting processes and standards are continually maintained
• Actively promoting TDF Group Rentals services in alignment with company brand policies and standards

What You Bring:

• Excellent leadership skills with the passion to help mentor a successful team
• Minimum 5 years in a management role is required
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Excellence and experience in customer service
• Works well under pressure, can multitask, handle stress and is a problem solver.
• Experience in retail or business to business sales, marketing and customer service
• Must have experience within a similar industry supervising a large team
