Senior Manager -CRM and Enablement
A Lead CRM and Enablement involves oversees and manages Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems while also developing and implementing sales enablement programs to improve sales team performance and effectiveness. This role requires expertise in CRM software, training delivery, data analysis, and collaboration with other teams to ensure sales success.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM System Management:
- Administer and maintain the CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and implement CRM workflows to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency.
- Analyze CRM data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement in sales performance.
- Sales Enablement Program Development:
- Design and implement training programs, coaching interventions, and sales materials to equip the sales team with the necessary knowledge and skills.
- Create and manage content libraries, including sales pitches, presentations, and other resources.
- Develop onboarding programs for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and measure sales performance using CRM data to assess the effectiveness of enablement initiatives.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize sales processes.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to align on enablement strategies and initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with the sales team to ensure they understand the enablement programs and how to use them.
- Manage the relationship with implementation consultants (i.e. Deloitte, Slalom, etc.) when these projects come up.
- Technology Oversight:
- Monitor the usage of sales enablement tools and CRM systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to ensure the sales team can effectively use the tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- CRM Expertise:
Strong understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce) and their functionalities.
- Training and Coaching:
Experience in designing, developing, and delivering training programs and coaching interventions.
- Data Analysis:
Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with sales teams and other stakeholders.
- Project Management:
Excellent project management skills to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Technology Proficiency:
Familiarity with sales enablement tools and platforms.
B2B experience and ideally implementation and someone who managed a backlog and led data hygiene
