Position: Technical Account Manager
Location: Toronto, ON - Remote
Job Type: 6-month contract
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EDT
Our client is searching for a Technical Account Manager to join their fast-growing team. This role will mainly support with onboarding retailers and clients onto an e-commerce platform.
Responsibilities:
- Review and update statuses in CRM retailer pipeline report for cross-department transparency
- Execute tasks on an all project plans consistently and document as required
- Manage multiple projects at the same time and prioritize appropriately to launch projects as quickly as possible
- Review department goals weekly with manager and proactively engage in activities and solutions to meet expectations
- Communicate clearly and professionally with retailers, other internal teams, and third-party vendors
- Perform catalog integration, storefront audits, and product QA
- Action daily tasks and special projects assigned by management
- Resolve or escalate all issues during onboarding to provide excellent customer service
- Participate in team Slack channels, meetings and recommend process improvements
- Assist in developing workflows and training other teams as necessary
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in project management, retail, account management, and/or related field
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and client management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with shifting priorities and constant deadline
- Must be comfortable with utilizing features of Mac systems for daily workflow optimization
- Proficient in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs), Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Slack, Trello, Jira Ticketing System (or willing to learn) and video conferencing
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus (not required)
