Associate Lawyer, Commercial Real Estate

• Is a well-known Bay Street business law firm in Toronto.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on a wide array of commercial real estate matters to sophisticated clients across the real estate sector.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents related to commercial real estate transactions (acquisitions, sales, dispositions, financings, commercial leasing, etc.).
• Develop strategic approaches to support clients' business objectives.

Qualifications

• At least three (3) years of post-call commercial real estate experience.
• Called to the Ontario Bar and a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
