Daily Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry work and support current business processes to resolve middle office issues
- Support current initiatives within the global middle office program, including rolling out new product functionality
- Be part of the team providing 24/6 client support in a follow-the-sun model
- Contribute to the strategic agenda for delivering a full-service middle office model to clients
- Cover key functions including trade management, IBOR reports, OTC, and collateral management
- Deliver on Middle Office program responsibilities in Canada including testing, SME input, internal/external audit support, cross-training, reporting, and issue resolution
