Must Haves:

  • Technical skills in managing MS Office Suite, including Excel
  • Ambitious and a self-starter; certifications showing growth and career aspirations are a strong asset
  • Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
  • A team player - able to lead or take a back seat as needed

Nice to Have:

  • Advanced Excel skills including Macros and VBA
  • Financial industry experience

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry work and support current business processes to resolve middle office issues
  • Support current initiatives within the global middle office program, including rolling out new product functionality
  • Be part of the team providing 24/6 client support in a follow-the-sun model
  • Contribute to the strategic agenda for delivering a full-service middle office model to clients
  • Cover key functions including trade management, IBOR reports, OTC, and collateral management
  • Deliver on Middle Office program responsibilities in Canada including testing, SME input, internal/external audit support, cross-training, reporting, and issue resolution
