Our client, iTacit, an award-winning digital workplace solution provider, is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their high-performing team. This is a strategy-driven role that requires curiosity, creativity, and a solutions-oriented mindset-perfect for someone eager to advance their sales career in a dynamic, fast-paced tech environment.
The successful candidate will ideally be based in Fredericton, NB (or Atlantic Canada) and play a key role in expanding iTacit's customer base across core markets including Healthcare, Manufacturing, Trucking, and other frontline workforces in both Canada and the US. Every interaction will be different, requiring adaptability, smart outreach strategies, and genuine engagement with prospects.

Key Responsibilities
- Build prospecting lists and research target companies, contacts, and industry trends.
- Tailor outreach messaging across channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn, video, etc.) based on prospect type.
- Maintain an active LinkedIn presence by building your brand and engaging with prospects.
- Use tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Lead Forensics, and AI to identify and reach out to qualified leads.
- Develop creative and persistent outreach strategies to book product demos and generate sales opportunities.
- Set up custom demo sites and work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging.
- Keep accurate records and track outreach activity and engagement in HubSpot CRM.
- To speak confidently with prospects, stay current on product updates, competitor activity, and industry changes.
- Adapt your outreach tactics based on performance insights and market feedback.
- Become an expert on all iTacit Inc. services and systems
What You Bring
- A post-secondary degree or diploma or relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Natural curiosity and a resilient, problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a cross-functional team.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Previous experience using CRM and lead generation tools (HubSpot, ZoomInfo) is considered an asset.
- Comfort with video conferencing and digital communication platforms.
- A growth mindset and eagerness to improve your sales skills through coaching.
