We're seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager with a background in property management. This hybrid role blends relationship-building, client acquisition, and strategic sales with hands-on property management expertise. You'll be a key player in expanding our client base while ensuring exceptional service for existing portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow a pipeline of new business opportunities within the commercial and condominium real estate sectors
- Leverage industry knowledge to pitch tailored property management solutions to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with condo boards, owners, and property investors
- Manage a select portfolio of properties, ensuring operational excellence and compliance
- Oversee maintenance, service contracts, and vendor relationships to support quality delivery
- Conduct site inspections and ensure properties meet corporate and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client-focused proposals and reporting
- Attend board meetings, present insights, and support key decision-making processes
- Assist in budget planning, reserve fund oversight, and financial performance tracking
What You Bring
- Proven experience in property management (commercial or condo), with a sales or business development background
- Strong understanding of the Condominium Act, building operations, and regulatory compliance
- Exceptional communication, client relationship, and organizational skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
Salary: $2,500 p/month + commission
