Mkt, is an independent luxury retailer and design house creating pieces for a modern, edited home. In the Mkt Showroom, you'll find Rugs and Carpeting, Furniture, Lighting, Mattresses, Linens, and Home Décor.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

A sales professional to join our Mkt Team! You have an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for product and building relationships and clienteling. You know how to build strong client relationships and much of your success has come from your ability to connect with people. You make a great impression and know how to create an elevated service experience. You excel in a team environment but are self-motivated and an independent worker. You thrive at achieving and exceeding your goals.

WHAT YOU DO (among other things):

Consistently walk the showroom floor actively engaging with clients

Provide an excellent service experience for each client by identifying needs

Achieve and exceed sales goals

Periodically be out of the showroom to network & build relationships with your clients

Be curious, inquire about client projects

Leverage sales tools & following up on every opportunity, account and contact

Create quotes and sales orders reflecting the wants of the customer

Build client relationships and develop a self-sustaining network of clients

Embrace feedback to consistently grow and improve

Maintain show room and maintenance standards

ATTRIBUTES

Ability to provide an elevated service experience

Strong relationship builder

Proven sales track record being a top-seller and motivated by achieving goals

Passionate about our products and design

High sense of urgency with diligent follow up skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Polished, professional and embodies the Elte brand

1-3 years of relatable sales experience (preferably in luxury or adjacent industry to Furniture sales)
