We are recruiting Nurses (LPN or RN) to build a nursing support team for a pediatric client receiving Peritoneal Dialysis in Sooke, BC. Shifts are 4 hours in length and scheduled flexibly.

Specialty training and all expenses related to attending training in Vancouver at BC Children's Hospital is provided and arranged with a minimum commitment.

Scheduling is flexible, work when you are available. The family is requesting an afternoon/ evening start time.

Duties may include set up/ take down of medical intervention, documentation, organizing supplies, assessment, decision making, general care of child, and reporting changes.

Qualifications:
Current 'practicing' registration with BCCNM
Valid CPR 'C' / BLS certification or better
Demonstrated ability to work independently.
Strong verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.
