Job Description:

In this Senior Manager Planning & Analysis role the key responsibilities are as follows:

Collaborate with the PE Investment team, providing in-depth analysis and forecasting support.

Oversee and manage the 5-year strategic planning process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Deliver monthly financial and operational insights to the PE Investment team to support decision-making.

Mentor, coach, and lead a high-performing team, fostering professional growth and collaboration.

Job Requirements:

Must-Have Qualifications:

CPA CA designation with Big 4 training.

Proven expertise in FP&A with a focus on strategic financial leadership.

Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead teams with a people-first approach.

Exceptional interpersonal and coaching skills with a strong team-oriented mindset.
