Workstation Deployment Analyst - Internship
Our client is seeking a Workstation Deployment Analyst for a 3-month contract internship position ASAP.
Your success will be defined by your ability to:

  • Support the transition of laptops and desktops from Windows 10 to Windows 11.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve failed deployments.
  • Support users with Windows 11 migrations and upgrades
  • Work within a project team and independently as required.

    • Your strengths include:

  • Experience in computer desktop building and support.
  • Knowledge of SCCM functionality and its role in deploying Windows 11.
  • Experience in application installation and troubleshooting.
  • Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize workload with minimal supervision.
  • Can work evenings and weekends as required.
  • Familiarity with Windows 10 and Windows 11, including knowledge and experience.
  • Familiarity with desktop management processes.
  • Ability to troubleshoot installation issues
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Multi-factor authentication
  • Great customer service attitude, ability to work with users who may be frustrated with the mobile phone wiping process
  • Experience working with Microsoft best practices.
  • Proven ability to work within standard procedures and methodologies, as well as providing input into procedure and methodology improvement.
  • Proven ability to communicate within the project team and user base, both verbally and in writing.
  • Availability to travel to various sites in Edmonton, potentially Alberta (Canmore, Fort Sask)
  • Flexibility to start work days earlier, potentially as early as 7 am
