Our client, a leader in the CNC service in the manufacturing industry is looking for a talented Boring Mill Field Service Technician to join their team. The position requires travel through out Alberta, with most of your time being spent in the Greater Edmonton area.

The ideal candidate has the capacity to troubleshoot some of the biggest boring mill Machine available. Some of the key brands Ideally are: Tacchi. Correa, Breton

Requirements:

• Technical Education: Apprenticeship, Technical College or University Degree.
• Minimum Five (5) Years of previous CNC Boring Mill trouble shooting experience is desirable.
• Working knowledge of "G" Code programming highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Fanuc, Yasnac, Heidenhain and Siemens controls necessary.
• Familiarity with ladder editing and reading.
• Knowledge of high speed machining processes.
• Knowledge of machines adjustments.
• Knowledge of machines accuracy tests procedure.
• Ability to travel through Ontario Canada.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of PC and CAD/CAM an asset.
