Job Summary:

Looking for a Production Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, manage production teams, and ensure workflow efficiency and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and assign daily tasks based on priorities and skill sets

• Supervise, guide, and support production teams on technical processes

• Coordinate with quality, logistics, and engineering teams for smooth operations

• Monitor shift progress, validate work hours, and escalate issues as needed

• Evaluate team performance and handle administrative tasks

Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma in structure assembly/aeronautical construction or equivalent

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in aerospace or a similar field

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work collaboratively and prioritize tasks effectively

• Commitment to quality and continuous improvement

Required Experience:

• Prior experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory role is preferred
