Join Our Client's Team as a V&V engineer!

Are you ready to take your engineering career to the next level? We're looking for a V&V engineer to join our Verification and Validation (V&V) team in Victoria, BC, and help deliver world-leading photon-counting detector technology to major system OEMs for photon-counting computed tomography (PCCT).

What You'll Do:

• Optimize X-ray test protocols and correlate CT imaging performance with detector specifications.
• Develop and execute robust product verification plans, from data acquisition to reporting.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and QA teams to integrate verification and validation processes.
• Support root cause analysis for test failures and product reliability programs using advanced problem-solving techniques.
• Participate in customer meetings, demonstrating a customer-centric approach and exceptional interpersonal skills.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in testing or debugging complex hardware/software systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, statistical analysis (e.g., JMP), and programming skills (MATLAB, Python, etc.).
• Knowledge of ISO9001/ISO13485 environments and experience with verification in mixed-signal electronic devices or semiconductor testing is a plus.
• A Bachelor's degree in Systems/Electrical Engineering, Physics, Biophysics, or related fields.
