Pod is the AI sales acoh for B2B account executives. In the past few years, sellers are increasingly overwhelmed with the tools and processes being thrown their way. And it doesn't help - quota attainment is still the lowest it's ever been. At the end of the day, despite having all these tools, sellers continue to make avoidable wrong decisions and lose deals because they lack the guidance to know how to push deals forward.

We harness the power of AI and make it accessible to sellers in the day-to-day, so they can make better, faster, and smarter decisions.

️ Your Role

We're building our foundational team and looking for a senior full-stack engineer to leave their mark on Pod.

You'll have direct and significant impact on the business trajectory, playing a central role in product development to building the best AI workspace for sales people.

Given how early we are, you'll have tremendous impact on our culture, our engineering philosophy, roadmap, and team.

Ideally, you're an entrepreneur at heart and have deep experience in building world-class SaaS products.

Some of the problems you'll work on solving

• Build an AI-first product in the sales technology space.
• Build an agentic system for salespeople, feeding on a variety of data sources.
• Design & implement our overall data and training infrastructure.
• Lead the architecture, design and implementation of the AI models & AI-based functionalities.
• Collaborate closely with other engineers and product managers to ensure AI functionalities are seamlessly integrated in the product.
• Explore new AI technologies and find ways to incorporate it into the product.
• Lead the ideation, creation, and implementation of our product roadmap, particularly related to AI-enabled functionalities.

Is this you?

• 5+ years of experience in data science, mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
• You've built applied AI solutions in the past - using LLMs, NLP, tabular, coefficient of variation, etc.
• You're more than a Data Scientist - you have strong software engineering experience and can bring solutions into production.
• You have experience designing, training, and deploy new AI models.
• OCD - high bar for quality, attention to details, and obsessed with user experience.
• Velocity - You're all about shipping fast and knowing where to cut corners.
• The smart one - strong problem-solver and quick to take action
• The startup operator: you live by startups, have experience building products early on, and thrive in rolling up your sleeves to get sh t done.
