Our trusted client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support its internal teams with the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of business processes, documentation, and stakeholder engagement across a variety of projects in a hybrid Agile environment.

We're looking for someone with:

• 5+ years of demonstrated analytical experience in a professional environment
• 5+ years of experience working directly with stakeholders to define requirements, scope, and success metrics
• 5+ years of experience using JIRA to assign, track, and manage tasks across Agile teams
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules and reporting tools
• Proficiency with Microsoft Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with process improvement techniques such as Value Stream Mapping
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) designation
• Strong understanding of the Design Thinking process and how to apply it to user-centric solutions
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to draft business cases, user stories, and technical documentation

This is a 1-year hybrid contract (on-site 2-3 days/week in Ottawa) with potential extensions.
