Your key responsibilities:
As a IT Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end technical delivery of customer engagements, building strong client relationships, and fostering team development. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team and take full accountability for projects being delivered on time and within budget. You will also need to provide direction on detailed technical design/solution to the delivery team. As a lead, you will be working with senior stakeholders/executives on a regular basis and managing various communications/reporting. The role will include generating new business opportunities by developing innovative ideas and solutions to present to internal and external clients.

To qualify for the role, you must have:
- Typically, 10+ years of experience in roles across the full lifecycle of technology transformation.
- 5+ years of consulting experience, ideally within the Financial Services and Banking sectors.
- ETL development experience with AWS technology stack (7+ years).
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience with different SDLC methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile).
- Ability to guide junior team members in technical solution design/delivery.
- Experience in reporting to senior stakeholders and leading onshore and offshore teams.
- Familiarity with integration architecture, data architecture, and infrastructure architecture (cloud and on-prem).
- Experience working with third-party solution providers and subcontractors.
- Critical and innovative thinking to improve operational efficiencies and influence change.
- Strong relationship-building skills founded on trust and providing guidance to both clients and colleagues.
Ideally, you'll also have:
- Certifications: AWS/Azure Solution Architect or Data Architect.
- Domain Knowledge: Experience in projects in Wealth Management, Asset Management, or Capital Markets Domain.
- Technology Program Management: Experience managing technology engagements with a strong understanding of engagement financials and deal structuring.
Education:
A bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or similar discipline; supported by experience in a similar technical environment. Additional post-secondary education in Business Administration is a plus.
