Position Overview
As a Simulation Consultant, your mission will be to develop high-impact simulation models that address the challenges faced by world-class organizations. This role is ideal for experienced engineers with a creative mindset, strong analytical skills, and a deep interest in simulation.
You will directly contribute to SimWell's continued success by solving real business problems and enhancing operational performance for our clients.
Responsibilities and Duties (include but not limited to)
Lead Simulation Modeling Projects from conception to delivery
Gather client requirements and produce detailed functional specifications using SimWell's Simulation Methodology.
Design and develop and validate simulation models
Collaborate with peers to review and verify models
Analyze model outputs and present actionable insights to clients.
Deliver client training and ongoing support.
Represent SimWell at conferences and commercial events.
Support pre-sales activities as a simulation software expert (e.g., demos, technical documents, proof-of-concept models).
Minimum Requirements
3+ years of experience building simulation models with AnyLogic or any other simulation software
Proven experience delivering simulation projects.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and virtual team environment.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Experience with Data Science or AI.
Proficiency in Java or Python.
Bilingual in French and English is a strong asset as many of our clients and partners operate in both languages
