Capital Markets Business Analyst (6-Month Contract) - Toronto

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in Calypso configuration to join a leading Capital Markets team in Toronto on a 6-month contract. This hybrid role (one day in-office) will support project delivery for Capital Markets Middle Office and Derivative Operations, driving system and process improvements while working closely with multiple stakeholders across middle and back-office teams.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5+ years of business analysis/operations support experience in enterprise-wide projects.
• Hands-on experience with Calypso configuration.
• Strong knowledge of Derivative Operations and/or Capital Markets Middle Office.
• Experience with business assessment tools, process modeling, and data modeling.
• Advanced communication, relationship management, and analytical skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Knowledge of trading products and capital markets product operations.
• Project management experience with SDLC knowledge.
• MBA, CFA, CBAP, PMP, FRM, or DMS certification (or in pursuit).
• Accounting or operations experience in a capital markets area.
