Overview:
Leap Recruitment Partners, recognized as one of Canada's top contingency staffing firms, is looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join our growing team. This pivotal role requires a leader with proven staffing firm experience and strong management skills to enhance our recruitment processes and team performance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring productivity, adherence to recruitment SOPs, and alignment with company values.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment operations, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing top-quality candidates.
- Drive business outcomes by setting clear recruitment KPIs and monitoring team performance against these targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their staffing needs efficiently and proactively.
- Collaborate closely with the business development team to forecast staffing requirements and pipeline talent accordingly.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvements to optimize recruitment processes and ensure scalability.
- Conduct regular training and professional development sessions for recruitment team members.
- Generate recruitment analytics and reporting to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a staffing firm environment, with at least 2 years in recruitment management.
- Proven ability to manage, coach, and lead recruitment teams successfully.
- Comprehensive understanding of staffing industry standards and best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a focus on results-driven management.
- Proficiency in using recruitment CRM and ATS software.
