What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in the automotive industry (preferred)
  • Strong computer and communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for service excellence
  • Confidence promoting products and services
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Valid driver's license
  • Successful candidates will need to complete a criminal record check and driver's abstract

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Greet customers with professionalism and a smile
  • Schedule service appointments via phone, email, and website
  • Review service history and provide transparent recommendations
  • Collaborate with our technicians and parts advisors to quote jobs accurately
  • Keep customers updated throughout the service process
  • Promote service offerings to achieve performance goals
  • Resolve concerns with empathy and efficiency
