What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in the automotive industry (preferred)
- Strong computer and communication skills
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for service excellence
- Confidence promoting products and services
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Valid driver's license
- Successful candidates will need to complete a criminal record check and driver's abstract
Your Day-to-Day:
- Greet customers with professionalism and a smile
- Schedule service appointments via phone, email, and website
- Review service history and provide transparent recommendations
- Collaborate with our technicians and parts advisors to quote jobs accurately
- Keep customers updated throughout the service process
- Promote service offerings to achieve performance goals
- Resolve concerns with empathy and efficiency
