Our client is world-leading incubator for tech startups, headquartered in downtown Toronto. They are hiring an Office Administrator to be the friendly face and steady hand behind daily operations. From welcoming guests to solving tech hiccups, coordinating events, and supporting our team, you'll be essential to keeping the space running smoothly. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist founders, guests, and partners at the front desk
- Manage the company inbox and respond to internal and external inquiries
- Support Wi-Fi, access, and tech troubleshooting alongside our IT team
- Keep calendars, databases, and internal portals up to date
- Assist with logistics for meetings, programs, and small events
- Help create bi-weekly reports for the executive team
- Pitch in wherever needed to keep operations seamless
About You
You're organized, people-savvy, and thrive in dynamic spaces. You bring calm, clarity, and a proactive mindset to every task, with a knack for solving problems and improving processes.
We Are Looking For:
- 2-5 years in office admin, hospitality, or community support
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Comfort with Gmail, Google Docs, Slack, and similar tools
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt quickly
- A collaborative, can-do attitude and a desire to keep learning
