As we continue to grow, we're looking for a skilled and self-motivated Sales Administrator to help keep our sales processes organized and efficient.

Position Overview

We're seeking a Sales Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment and is highly organized with strong communication and tech skills. You'll work closely with our sales and operations teams to manage customer accounts, streamline order processing, and help drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing many hats, thrives on attention to detail, and wants to grow with a forward-thinking company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage CRM data using HubSpot, ensuring accurate lead tracking and customer records
  • Process orders and create invoices using QuickBooks Online
  • Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on sales leads
  • Generate and distribute sales reports and performance metrics
  • Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and internal documents
  • Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
  • Identify and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency within the sales cycle

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales administration or sales support role
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and QuickBooks Online is desired
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience in the fleet, automotive, or diagnostics space is a plus

Compensation & Growth

  • Base salary of $45,000 - $60,000 based on experience
