Job Title: French Bilingual Call Center Agent (On Site)
Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba
Pay Range: $19.50 per hour
What's the Job?
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in both French and English.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and support requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and outcomes.
What's Needed?
- Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass a French language proficiency test (including typing and grammar).
- Previous customer service experience is an asset.
