- Lead the squad through our Agile ceremonies: standups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Adopt best practices and improve existing practices as it benefits our squad and delivery capability.
- Help our squad recognize and manage blockers and impediments.
- Enforce quality in user stories and the artifacts that support our product and progress.
- Maintain data and reporting.
- Manage our deliveries. Help us deliver value, with quality and timeliness.
- Foster a collaborative culture across our squad, clients, and partners.
- Keep us aligned with our stakeholders.
- Identify and work with organizational resources in support of our squad.
Skills Required:
- 5+ years' experience as a Program/Project Manager
- We use Adobe as a primary software vendor including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Analytics. Knowledge of the Adobe products is preferred.
- Experience managing website development.
- Vendor management.
- Expertise using JIRA, as the primary tool for managing our Agile sprints. Manage our boards and workflows. Be the Jira administrator.
- Understand the Software Development Lifecycle as it applies to developer practices, controlling code quality, and deliveries.
- Strong communications and writing skills.
- Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to liaise with diverse groups (Tech, Marketing, etc).
- Ability to manage and escalate risks and issues.
