Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Toronto, ON. The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in selecting eyewear, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring the sales floor is well-organized and stocked. In addition, the Sales Associate will support sales goals, provide optical expertise, and ensure customers are informed about ongoing promotions and store policies.

• Organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Enthusiasm for helping people and providing tailored customer experiences
• Experience in optical sales is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
