Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for leading major construction projects? Do you have a strong background in glazing and cladding? I have an exciting opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
• Oversee contract administration, scheduling, quality control, purchasing, and resource management.
• Collaborate with various departments and third-party firms.
• Enforce health and safety protocols.
• Ensure alignment of technical specifications, shop drawings, and site work.
• Conduct regular site inspections and manage supply orders.
• Handle project status reporting, schedules, change orders, site visits, budget forecasts, and safety documentation.

Qualifications:

• Degree/diploma in construction, engineering, or architecture.
• 5-8 years of project management experience.
• 3 years of experience in glazing and cladding.
• Strong technical skills in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and IT management.
