Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Operations Manager at North American Metals of Canada Ltd - Operating as Eurospec. The role is located in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. The Plant Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing production efficiency, ensuring quality control, and implementing safety protocols within the plant.

• Operations Management, Production Efficiency, and Quality Control skills
• Must have automotive weld assembly & stamping experience
• Experience in implementing safety protocols
• Leadership and Team Management skills
• Problem-solving and Decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
