Your new role

As a Digital Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with business objectives. Your tasks will include:

• Designing and executing a digital transformation strategy that enhances operational efficiency, improves customer experience, and drives business growth
• Working closely with various departments, including IT, marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and integration of digital initiatives across the organization
• Evaluating emerging digital technologies and tools to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, and recommending solutions that enhance productivity and competitiveness
• Leading change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new digital processes and technologies among employees and stakeholders, providing training and support as needed
• Utilizing data analytics and metrics to assess the effectiveness of digital initiatives, making adjustments based on insights and performance outcomes
• Communicating the vision and benefits of digital transformation to stakeholders at all levels, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Overseeing digital transformation projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Experience in digital transformation, project management, or a related role
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, trends, and best practices (e.g., cloud computing, AI, data analytics, automation)
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders
• Experience with Agile methodologies and change management frameworks is a plus

The following will also be considered assets:

• Experience in Applications Management, with a focus on SAP, Power BI, and Salesforce
• Proven track record of successful SAP implementation projects, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems
• Familiarity with Power BI for creating interactive reports and dashboards from multiple data sources
• Solid understanding of IT governance frameworks, security controls, and regulatory compliance requirements
