Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Generalist located in Abbotsford, BC, with opportunities for some work from home. The Human Resources Generalist will manage HR tasks such as developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and handling benefits administration. Daily responsibilities include HR management, supporting the HR team, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- Skills in Human Resources (HR) Management and HR Policies
- Managed payroll and benefits programs (we use Dayforce)
- Experience with Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional HR certification is a plus
