Day to day what are the responsibilities?
- Handling Customer Inquiries: Answering phone calls, emails, or chat messages from customers, and addressing their questions, concerns, or issues.
- Providing Information: Supplying customers with information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Must-haves/key skills needed
- Bilingual (English and French - Quebec specific)
- 1-3 years call center experience (non- IT, preferably collections / payment)
- 1-3 years of a client service background
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Pay range: $22-$25/hr without benefits
