Day to day what are the responsibilities?

  • Handling Customer Inquiries: Answering phone calls, emails, or chat messages from customers, and addressing their questions, concerns, or issues.
  • Providing Information: Supplying customers with information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Must-haves/key skills needed

  • Bilingual (English and French - Quebec specific)
  • 1-3 years call center experience (non- IT, preferably collections / payment)
  • 1-3 years of a client service background
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay range: $22-$25/hr without benefits
