This position is part of a vertically integrated operation involving mining, processing, and logistics.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee the delivery of regional HR operational support and services for a team of HR Advisors. The successful candidate will bring strategic HR leadership to site-level activities, coach internal leaders, and ensure alignment with a centralized, global HR service delivery model. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across a diverse workforce and interface with a global network of HR professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of HR Advisors supporting internal business groups
  • Align HR operations with business strategies and regional initiatives
  • Deliver cyclical HR processes and site-specific programs
  • Support organizational change through leadership coaching and advisory
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and proactively address potential issues
  • Manage and implement regional HR projects in alignment with global best practices
  • Advise leadership on complex HR and employee relations matters
  • Promote a high-performing culture aligned with company values

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline
  • Progressive leadership experience in HR and employee relations
  • Strong background in managing complex HR projects and operational teams
  • Professional HR designation (e.g., CHRP) is preferred
  • Proactive and innovative mindset, with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluency in English is required; working knowledge of French is an asset
  • Experience in a large-scale, multi-site, or industrial setting is an advantage
