Responsibilities:

• Call existing clients to arrange their preventative maintenance for Heating and Cooling season
• Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
• Work closely with Service manager and Dispatcher to schedule the bookings
• Provide customers with information on Preventative Maintenance plans
• Provide reporting and recommendation on bettering maintenance program for future bookings

The compensation of this role will have the following structure:

• Annual salary + Commission on each enrollment into the Maple Air maintenance and protection plan

Requirements:

• Sales related working experience would be beneficial
• Customer Service related work experience would be beneficial
• Comfortable providing Customer Service over the phone
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is required (Excel & Office)
• Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
• Being able to work with Internal CRM system (training will be provided)
• Good organizational and time-management abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
• sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
