Responsibilities:
- Call existing clients to arrange their preventative maintenance for Heating and Cooling season
- Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
- Work closely with Service manager and Dispatcher to schedule the bookings
- Provide customers with information on Preventative Maintenance plans
- Provide reporting and recommendation on bettering maintenance program for future bookings
The compensation of this role will have the following structure:
- Annual salary + Commission on each enrollment into the Maple Air maintenance and protection plan
Requirements:
- Sales related working experience would be beneficial
- Customer Service related work experience would be beneficial
- Comfortable providing Customer Service over the phone
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is required (Excel & Office)
- Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
- Being able to work with Internal CRM system (training will be provided)
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- sales: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
