Position: Inside Sales & Business Development Representative

Salary: $60,000-$65,000 per year + potential performance-based incentives

We are looking for a motivated and goal-driven Inside Sales & Business Development Representative to join our growing team. This individual will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities, engaging potential customers, and contributing to the ongoing success of our organization. Key Responsibilities
- Utilize CRM systems to manage customer interactions, sales follow-ups, and new business opportunities.
- Proactively reach out to potential leads and respond to inbound inquiries to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Educate clients on our product offerings and work to identify the best solutions for their needs.
- Deliver virtual product demonstrations and training sessions as needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support national initiatives and account strategies.
- Prepare quotations, manage sample requests, and guide customers through the sales process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
Who You Are
- Possess a college or university degree.
- Bring 3-5 years of sales or sales support experience.
- Demonstrate a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excel in communication-written, verbal, and interpersonal (French proficiency is a bonus).
- Technically proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to fast-moving environments.
- Customer-centric with a positive attitude and a drive for continuous improvement.
- Experience with safety products or PPE is an asset, but not required.

Additional Information
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
- Location Requirement: Must be able to commute to or relocate to Concord, ON prior to starting
- Experience Requirement: Minimum 2 years in a sales role
