Position: Inside Sales & Business Development Representative

Location: Vaughan, Ontario

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: $60,000-$65,000 per year + potential performance-based incentives

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and goal-driven Inside Sales & Business Development Representative to join our growing team. This individual will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities, engaging potential customers, and contributing to the ongoing success of our organization. Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize CRM systems to manage customer interactions, sales follow-ups, and new business opportunities.
  • Proactively reach out to potential leads and respond to inbound inquiries to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Educate clients on our product offerings and work to identify the best solutions for their needs.
  • Deliver virtual product demonstrations and training sessions as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support national initiatives and account strategies.
  • Prepare quotations, manage sample requests, and guide customers through the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.

Who You Are

  • Possess a college or university degree.
  • Bring 3-5 years of sales or sales support experience.
  • Demonstrate a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Excel in communication-written, verbal, and interpersonal (French proficiency is a bonus).
  • Technically proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to fast-moving environments.
  • Customer-centric with a positive attitude and a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Experience with safety products or PPE is an asset, but not required.

Additional Information

  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
  • Location Requirement: Must be able to commute to or relocate to Concord, ON prior to starting
  • Experience Requirement: Minimum 2 years in a sales role
