What You'll Do:

• Maintain a positive teamwork environment and always adhere to safe work practices.
• Mentor apprentices, ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently and correctly.
• Organize and manage the shipping, receiving, and returns of parts and materials.
• Handling inventory, shipping/receiving, and customer inquiries
• Working closely with technicians, service advisors & customers
• Mentoring apprentices and supporting daily parts operations
• Selling, sourcing, and organizing parts for our busy shop
• Creating estimates, processing payments, and using online tools to identify parts
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to ensure a productive environment.
• Perform any other related duties as necessary to support the team and business operations.
• Ability to lift and handle objects up to 50lbs

What You'll Bring:

• Journeyman Parts Ticket (asset, not dealbreaker)
• 2+ years of parts or related industry experience
• Strong customer service + attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
• A valid Class 5 Driver's License and a clean Driver's Abstract
