We are looking for a dynamic and seasoned Project Manager to join a Property Services team in Calgary, specializing in construction, renovations, and restoration. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in construction and demonstrate a successful history in both project management and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee new construction, renovations or restoration projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Support in estimating project costs and preparing detailed proposals.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Drive sales efforts to secure new business and expand the client base.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry
• At least 3 years of experience in project management in construction (residential or commercial)
• Proven sales experience, with a track record of successfully winning business and running projects.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly accountable and able to work independently.
• Ability to estimate project costs accurately and efficiently.
