We are looking for a dynamic and seasoned Project Manager to join a Property Services team in Calgary, specializing in construction, renovations, and restoration. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in construction and demonstrate a successful history in both project management and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee new construction, renovations or restoration projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Support in estimating project costs and preparing detailed proposals.
- Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Drive sales efforts to secure new business and expand the client base.
- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry
- At least 3 years of experience in project management in construction (residential or commercial)
- Proven sales experience, with a track record of successfully winning business and running projects.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly accountable and able to work independently.
- Ability to estimate project costs accurately and efficiently.
