Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology solutions in the Cloud, DevOps, and Security domains, with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outbound calling campaigns to prospect and qualify new business opportunities
- Develop and execute strategic cold calling initiatives to identify potential clients
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to drive additional revenue opportunities
- Identify client needs and collaborate with technical teams to propose appropriate solutions
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals for Techrupt's cloud security and automation services
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the company's CRM system
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and Microsoft Azure offerings
- Represent Techrupt Digital at industry events and networking opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of successful experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT consulting, cloud services, or related technology fields
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience with consultative selling and relationship management
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, security, and/or DevOps (Microsoft Azure knowledge is a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
