Location: Vancouver, BC (On-site, Full-Time)

Compensation: $65,000-$80,000 base salary + commission

Evident is growing, and we're looking for a driven, people-first Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Vancouver. Who You Are

You're a natural relationship-builder with a track record of hitting targets. Ideally, you bring experience in the dental industry, but we're also open to rockstar sales professionals from other sectors who are fast learners and passionate about helping clients succeed.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of dental lab and clinic clients
  • Cultivate long-term relationships to ensure client success and satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities to expand accounts through consultative selling
  • Serve as the point of contact for all account-related inquiries and coordination
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, support, design, operations) to deliver exceptional service
  • Track and report on account metrics, upsells, and renewals

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in account management or sales
  • Experience in the dental industry is a strong asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, organized, and results-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a high-growth, in-office environment
