About the job
Reporting to the Team Lead, Auto Division, the Mobile Insurance Advisor is accountable for delivering superior client service that promotes retention and new business.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide dealership road service.
- Assist clients with their daily insurance needs via phone, phone and email, and in-person transactions.
- Provide insurance quotes and sell new policies to clientele.
- Manage walk-in traffic transactions and inquiries.
- Follow-up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities.
- Remain up-to-date on product knowledge and systematic changes.
- Be proactive with individual filing tasks and organization.
- Provide timely renewal calls for existing customer business.
Education & Requirements
- Must have a valid BC Driver's License and ability to drive for work
- Level (1) Insurance License (BC) or working towards completion
Experience
- Experience with ICBC and servicing dealerships
- Client sales and retention experience
- Relationship building experience
- Office experience considered an asset
