Job Title: Technical Account Manager

Job Summary:

The Account Manager at Process Systems Integration is responsible for managing the technical and financial aspects of automation and systems integration projects. This role involves business development, project execution, customer relationship management, budgeting, and coordination with internal teams. The Account Manager owns full P&L responsibility for their portfolio and ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales (Inside and Outside) and identify new business opportunities in controls and integration services.
  • Lead project planning and management, quoting, design coordination, and execution along with the design team.
  • Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact.
  • Oversee job costing, resource allocation, and project profitability.
  • Support health and safety compliance and training initiatives.
  • Collaborate across departments to optimize operations and staffing.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary diploma in a technical field and 5 years of experience working in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of automation, PLC/HMI/SCADA systems.
  • Proven ability in project management, estimating, and sales.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally and support customers after hours.
