What You'll Do:

• Identify client insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
• Sell home, auto, and/or commercial insurance policies
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Prospect for new business through referrals and networking

Who We're Looking For:

• Licensed (RIBO, LLQP, or equivalent) - If unlicensed, must obtain prior to hire
• Sales-Driven & Self-Motivated - Past sales experience is a requirement
• Excellent Communication Skills - You enjoy helping people and closing deals
• Goal-Oriented - You thrive in a performance-based environment

Compensation & Benefits:

• Commission-Only (Earn up to 50-65% of commissions on new business and up to 40-50% of commissions on renewals)

Pay: $40,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

• Insurance sales: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:
