Reporting to the Pre-Mix Sales Manager this role will involve sales of our cement products to various customers along with actively seeking out new clients. THE DAY TO DAY

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Coordinate with logistics and production departments for timely order fulfillment
• Collaborate within a high-energy, fast-moving, and supportive team.
• Travel to customer locations as necessary.
• Maintain up-to-date records of customer information, sales transactions, and contracts.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Collect competitive information, record market trends and communicate this to management.
• Create and manage customer accounts, including credit applications.
• Handle invoicing, pricing, and payment inquiries.
• Support the sales team with documentation and paperwork, including contracts and agreements.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Experience in sales coordination in construction, cement or building materials would be considered an asset.
• Willingness to travel regularly for internal meetings, training, and customer events.
• Self-driven and result-oriented individual who thrives on building long-lasting relationships based on trust, professionalism, and innovation.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of cement or construction materials is a plus.
