What You'll Do
- 75% Inside Sales and 25% Outside Sales (expectation is 1 day per week in the field).
- Leverage CRM to manage customer interactions, follow-ups, and opportunities.
- Generate new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and inbound lead follow-up.
- Build customer awareness of the company's PPE solutions and close deals to meet or exceed targets.
- Collaborate with the National Accounts team and support program initiatives.
- Develop and execute sales prospecting plans to increase the sales pipeline.
- Conduct online or in person demonstrations and customer training.
- Prepare customer quotations, coordinate product samples, and proposals.
- Maintain detailed, up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM.
What We're Looking For
- College or university degree with 3-5 years of sales or sales support experience.
- Proven sales record with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal); French is mandatory.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experienced with CRM tools.
- Positive attitude, customer-focused and growth mindset.
- Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of PPE or safety products is a plus.
