Position Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Professional with a relentless hunter mentality and an entrepreneurial spirit, driven by a hunger for achieving sales targets and driving business growth. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can creatively and consistently bring new business to the table without micromanagement. They should have a proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on opportunities, establishing strong client relationships, and closing deals with strategic finesse. Business acumen and a sense of urgency to guide prospects through a longer sales cycle are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize lead sources to approach prospective businesses and set up web presentations with qualified decision-makers.
- Effectively conduct web presentations and demos.
- Reach out to decision-makers in dormant accounts to initiate farming activities.
- Present proposals that demonstrate the company's value proposition and lead customers to a sale.
- Follow up with clients and prospects via email, phone, and onsite visits to advance them to the next step.
- Manage the sales pipeline using a CRM and internal tools to ensure the shortest sales cycle.
- Understand clients' business objectives and cycles to identify portfolio opportunities and drive growth.
- Develop account plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimal customer service and experience.
- Participate in face-to-face selling at 2-4 trade shows per year.
Experience & Skills:
- 4+ years of B2B business development experience and account management.
- Experience selling over the phone or web, primarily to clients in the US.
- Experience actively participating in trade shows.
- Ability to travel to the US (10%-15% travel).
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales goals as a valued member of dynamic sales teams.
- Fluent in English (written and oral)
