Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Leasing Sales Representative with our client in Montreal. The Leasing Sales Representative will be responsible for sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and lease negotiations. This role is located in the Greater Montreal Metropolitan Area. Salary plus commission pay structure.

Qualifications

• Sales, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Management skills
• Marketing and Advertising knowledge
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience in Real Estate or Leasing is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
