Compensation: $53,000-$70,000/Year + Commission (Based on Experience)

Job Description:

Insight Global is seeking dynamic Sales Representatives to join our team in Montreal. As a Sales Representative, you will serve as a strategic partner to top clients, including executives and business owners from Fortune 100 companies. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer support while building your own book of business. This position offers a competitive base salary with high commission incentives, and success metrics will be established on a weekly basis with sales leaders.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bilingual in French and English
• High school diploma
• Two or more years of work experience or internships in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or other relevant industries
• Proven skills in teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and a "never lose" mentality to build relationships, positively impact businesses, and achieve success

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Prior experience carrying quotas
• Ability to successfully build a network and effectively use social media for sales
