Role Description
- New Logo sales under IT
- Continuous sales pipeline development through cold calls, e-mail campaigns, LinkedIn, personal networks
- Win new business through end-to-end ownership of deal qualification to closure
- Work collaboratively with Visionet Competency experts, Presales & Delivery teams to nurture and convert leads / opportunities to new deals
- Understand Visionet strengths to build quality collaterals and prospect pitches through solid research on prospects
- Demonstrate the value Visionet brings in solving business and IT problems for prospects
- 100% adherence to CRM and internal sales processes
- Individual contributor role with defined target for revenue goals
Skills Required
- Prior IT Services sales experience is mandatory
- Experience in Retail/Manufacturing and Pharma would be preferred., other industries are welcome to apply as well.
- Proven ability to create leads and pipeline management
- High levels of energy with a can-do attitude
- Highly organized towards operational and sales process aspects
- Excellent communication skills, confidence and demonstrated ability to build relationships at all levels
- Excellent customer facing skills
- Analytical mindset and & stays on top of market and technology trends
- Experience working in an onsite/offshore model and multi-cultural environment
- Highly proficient in MS Office
- Open to travel for prospect meetings
