Role Overview:

We're seeking a results-driven Sales Director with proven expertise in the Microsoft Partner and ISV ecosystem. In this strategic leadership role, you will spearhead revenue growth across consulting services and software solutions while fostering long-term partnerships with enterprise clients and Microsoft field teams.

The ideal candidate understands how to sell Microsoft-based solutions and has a strong background working with companies that operate as Microsoft Partners and/or ISVs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy across Microsoft cloud offerings (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, etc.) and proprietary ISV products.
  • Build and nurture relationships with Microsoft account teams, field sellers, and partner managers to generate co-sell opportunities.
  • Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, solutioning, proposal development, and closing.
  • Collaborate with technical pre-sales, delivery teams, and marketing to align sales messaging with customer needs.
  • Stay current on Microsoft solution roadmaps, licensing models, co-sell programs, and partner incentives.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to craft campaigns for Microsoft-aligned offerings.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of B2B technology sales experience, with at least 3 years in a Microsoft Partner or ISV environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem-especially Dynamics 365 (CE, F&O, Business Central), Power Platform, and Azure.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding multi-million-dollar revenue targets.
  • Experience working within Microsoft's partner ecosystem and navigating co-sell frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset and entrepreneurial approach.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Co-Sell Ready requirements and marketplace listing strategies.
  • Bilingual (French/Spanish)
