We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team on a part-time basis (16 hours per week). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management or sales, and a proven ability to identify and secure new business within the cleaning services and facilities management sector. This role will focus on targeting condominiums, apartment complexes, and office buildings across Toronto.

As the face of our company in the field, you'll be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals that align with our service offerings. You'll work closely with our internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to service delivery, all while hitting monthly sales targets and contributing to our long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Implement strategies to grow our client base via cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
  • Present and promote services to prospective clients, highlighting our value proposition.
  • Close new contracts through effective communication and relationship-building.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Conduct client meetings to understand needs and tailor service solutions.
  • Prepare detailed proposals, including pricing, logistics, and service terms.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact through to contract signing.
  • Maintain and grow relationships to ensure long-term client satisfaction.

3. Proposal Development & Negotiation

  • Create customized proposals for specialized services (e.g., carpet cleaning, marble polishing, stone and wood floor restoration).
  • Negotiate terms and pricing to ensure a win-win outcome for clients and the company.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with operations and support teams to align sales efforts with service capabilities.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to management on sales activity, client feedback, and performance.

5. Brand Representation

  • Represent the company professionally at all times with clients, vendors, and industry partners.
  • Promote our expertise, quality standards, and commitment to client satisfaction.

6. Reporting & Analytics

  • Track and analyze key sales metrics including lead conversion, revenue, and retention.
  • Generate reports highlighting performance, trends, and areas for growth.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize sales outcomes.
